| February 2004: Theo partners with the Affordable Art Fair, New York
The contemporary art fair, Affordable Art Fair, New York, will be providing all gallery exhibitors with a new complementary service of additional web pages on the AAF web site http://www.aafnyc.com/. These new pages will allow collectors to preview the AAF's exhibitor's artists and artwork in anticipation of the fair opening. This content will be easily added using a simplified version of the Theo Digital Gallery System called FairSoft. Existing Theo clients that will be attending the art fair can share their artwork with the simple click of a button saving them time while increasing their opportunity to find new collectors.
January 2004: Theo opens New York office
We're thrilled to announce that Theo has just opened a second office in New York City (our first is in Vancouver, Canada). We look forward to finding more great talent to add to the Theo team and to servicing our growing client base in this phenomenal city. Theo is located at 56 Lispenard Street, in Tribeca. Theo President Richard Thompson, has moved to New York with his wife, artist Sara Genn, to oversee the operations.
January 2004: Theo partners with Art Miami , Miami
Art Miami provided all 2003 gallery exhibitors with the new complementary service of additional web pages on their fair web site www.art-miamigalleries.com. These new pages allowed collectors to preview the art fair's exhibitor's artists and artwork. This content was easily added using a simplified version of the Theo Digital Gallery System called FairSoft. Existing Theo clients that attended the artfair easliy shared their artwork with a simple click of a button saving them time while increasing their opportunity to find new collectors. Over 300 pieces of artwork from 190+ artists at the fair were available for view online. During the art fair, over 12,000 artist pages were viewed. The site continues to attact visitors curious as to the fine art exhibited each year.
November 2003: A Second Year with the Toronto International Art Fair
The Toronto International Art Fair again provided all gallery exhibitors with complementary web pages on their fair web site www.tiafairgalleries.com. These pages allowed collectors to preview the art fair's exhibitor's artists and artwork. This content was again added using the Theo Digital Gallery System. Exhibitor participation doubled with 650+ images of artwork from more than 300 artists put online in 2003. The exhibitor driven site proved its value by increasing the visitors to over 7000 during the art fair month alone. 30,000+ artist pages were viewed during the fair.
July 2003: Theo welcomes new tech support and programmer We are pleased to announce the arrival of Greg Allan to the Theo tech support and programming team. Greg brings years of artistic experience through music management and years of web site programming. Greg is excited to work with such a high calibre galleries as they look to find collectors for their artist's artwork through the Internet.

June 2002: Theo powers the Art Dealer's Association of Canada's (ADAC) web site
We are pleased to announce our recent association with the Art Dealer's Association of Canada (ADAC). The Theo Digital Gallery System will power ADAC's web site. The site gives a comprehensive overview of the ADAC organization and an overview of each member gallery, including online gallery links, exhibition schedules and artwork. Theo also works with a number of ADAC members.

Instead of printing and mailing a catalogue, Assiniboia Gallery put the money into advertising and used their online gallery to communicate with potential collectors. National advertising combined with online access resulted in over 50% of buyers being new to the gallery coming from Saskatoon, Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal and the Eastern United States.
10% of regular exhibition sales came from buyers who had previewed the artwork online before coming into the gallery and buying.
